"Flat Tire" Noise

Hey guys, About a week ago I went to my local car wash and heard a metal noise upon entering the rail. Didnt think much of it. For the past few days I have been hearing a "flat tire" sound coming from the driver front wheel when the brakes are applied. Any ideas what could be the problem.
My sedan is lowered on swift springs.

thank you

Gabe

Hey guys. Put the car up on lifts tonight and examined thoroughly my brake system setup. FYI I upgraded to akebono bbk. I noticed on the rear driver caliper that one of the pins was sticking out. Could did this be the cause of the thumping noise.
