To get that look you're going to have to run at least 10" wide rims and drop to zero gap. To fit into the fenders you're probably going to have to run a stretched tire, &/or roll the front fender edge, &/or run higher negative camber.

i guess i should have also stated
i do not want to cut-grind-rub anything
i want to be stock for awhile and then maybe drop an 1"
western pa would not be easy on that car in the youtube video

What actually matters is how low you are, and how much stretch youre willing to run on your tires.
Im in the same boat as you, 2010x but im dropped. i was trying to get something concave and everything is 2D. basicaly i have not much to add but sympathy, and hope for an answer someday lol

a rwd can run an offset that an awd can never run
also
if you are rwd you will achieve a concave low offset look a lot quicker/easier than an awd will
im not sure why you are even trying to argue this ??????

OK, let my try to reiterate what Chilibowl said, this is the long version~
Coupes and Sedans require different offsets to get a flush fit at the fender.
All coupes can use the same offsets to get the same look Regardless of AWD or RWD.
All Sedans can use the same offsets to get the same look Regardless of AWD or RWD.
Sedans need about 10-15mm more offset to get the same flush fender fit as a coupe. What works for a coupe WILL NOT work for a sedan without fender work, camber, stretching tires, etc.
A SQUARE concave setup requires wide rims, you can get a staggered concave setup where the rear is deep concave and the front a milder concave look (my Sedan has this fit).
9" rims aren't considered a wide rim, the best you can hope for is a mild concave setup. Take a look at these three Niche wheels, the Niche website does a great job showing the mild concavity w/narrower rims and the deep concave look w/ the wide rims of the same model.

Those setups are going to be real close to the fender, and Tbulsara said he rolled the front fender and pulled the rear to make the fit, MylilG didn't say he needed to so YMMV. If you were to do a square 10" setup I'd go a little more offset, like a +40.
A 9" rim won't get the look you're after (if the G in the video is what you want). You'll also have to do a deep drop, and only coilovers will give you that on a AWD (Tein STechs & H&Rs don't make AWD springs). And be prepared to run heavier camber depending on the wheels & tires you want to run.
Not trying to discourage you from your 9" concave plan, but want you to know what to expect.

im leaning towards a 20x9 +35 245 tire now just to be flush looking
concave just isnt going to happen for me (western pa daily driver)
the rear is prob going to get a spacer too but well see
Sounds like a good plan, nothing worse than spending a ton of money on a car that isn't set up for your daily situation. Look forward to seeing what you find.
