Wheel Question
Wheel Question
As of right now I have 20" wheels on my G with a slight drop.
The tire size on the wheels are
245/35R20 - Front
275/30R20 - Rear
Would these tires be necessary on the current wheels I have? It's some what a pain in the A when it comes to buying tires down the road as I will not be able to really rotate them. I wish I knew the offset. I'm not very educated when it comes to wheel offsets and what would fit on my car or not.
What's the bolt pattern when it comes to fitment on the wheels themselves?
I'm not sure of the offset on the wheels themselves.
They are Niche Circuit wheels pictured below but they are all black

I was thinking of switching wheels on the vehicle just not sure as which brand I'd like to go with I've been looking at Vossen, Brixton Forged, Velgen or another set of Niche wheels but a different style. I'm considering wheels that will hide the calipers & rotors or ones that will show them off. I'm leaning more towards hiding the calipers and rotors.
These are the Brixton Forged wheels I'm interested in.

Ricky, do you have a coupe or sedan?
It sounds like you want a square setup so you can rotate the tires, otherwise a staggered setup isn't a bad way to go, if you want a bit more aggressive stance.
Do you want the widest wheels that will fit?
What is your budget, those Brixton wheels are probably over $1,000 each I'm guessing.
There's a lot of choices once you get in the high dollar range, the wheels you listed run the whole scope from the low cost Niche line (200-300 per wheel) to the Vossens & Velgens(about $400-550 each), and the forged 2 or 3 piece wheels that start at $1k and probably considerably more. Niche has their own line of 2pc, 3pc, and forged monoblock rims too, here's their 3 piece line
3-PIECE SERIES Wheels - Niche Wheels
SSR has a wide range from cast to 3pc forged
SSR Wheels

As far as price range I'm probably going to have to say about 1.5k-2k for a set.
I was just wondering if the tires I have on the vehicle now are necessary to be different sizes. It does make the car look better, stance wise. I will see if I can get a side shot tomorrow morning. If Brixton Forged wheels are that expensive per wheel I'd have to say pass but they look beautiful. The Velgens I've seen don't look half bad and the new Vossen VFS1 wheels that are being released have really caught my eye but still on the fence about them. Maybe something concave as well..
My Niche wheels are just beat up and an eye sore as the previous owner didn't take care of them or wash them that well so now the finish doesn't pop as it should.

Here's some more photos of my vehicle..it's fairly dirty right now..been meaning to wash the car but it has been looking like it's going to rain lately.

They've really caught my attention compared to other wheels.
My grandfather is fairly good at powder coating maybe I could learn a few things from him. I explored the bronze option but then went back to black due to the color scheme of the car itself.. Red/Black/Chrome trim. Also have the Midnight grill installed so it's black/chrome. I've already been quoted on the wheels themselves without tires and so far in my price range if I save a couple paychecks from here to now.
