Hello. I have a 2012 G37x Sedan (AWD) with 225/55/17's.

I just purchased a set of 19x8.5 str 607's.

Here are my tire options:

225/45/19
235/40/19
245/40/19

I know 225/45 and 235/40 will work, but 245/40/19 gives me the closest diameter to my stock wheels which are 225/55/17.

My question is... does anyone know if 245/40/19's will rub in the front when turning? No drop on this ride either... Just wanna know if anyone here knows if that size will rub when I cut the wheel one way or another..

EDIT: forgot to mention that the 19x8.5 str's have a 35mm offset.

 

I have a sedan AWD and I m running 19x9.5 +25 but I used to run 19x9.5 +35
both set ups I had 245/40 and I never experienced any rubbing

I am also dropped on BCs.

Perfect! I'll take your word for it... hope it works out alright. If you were running 245/40 19x9.5 with +35 offset with no rub, then I should be just fine.
