M35 19" rims on G37x sedan

I found some cheap 2006-2007 M35 19" rims on Craig's list. Will these work on a 2012 G37x sedan?

Not planning on lowering the car.

Not sure of the offset on those wheels, it may look a little sunken in when installed (but prob no worse than stock 17s). Nothing some spacers couldn't fix.
