Need help with Tire Size 18 Inch

I have new wheels

18x8.5 +44
18x9.5 +38

I currently have 19's on my sedan base
19x8.5 245-40-19
19x9.5 275-40-19

I love the 19's, but I am test fitting these new Tires called Driveguard.

Before anyone starts asking questions I don't know. How it rides or whatever.

That is why I am test fitting them and reducing my wheel size to 18 inch to use a stagger fitment to try them out.

Unfortunately Bridgestone has limited sizes.

What would be the best option to put these tires on my wheels?

I was thinking 235/45/18 and 255/40/18
Yes, I need to make any of these Bridgestone Drive Guard sizes fit my wheels.

Would this throw off my speedo alot?
My original size was 225-55-17

The following combos will work, hopefully one set will be available from the following~
235/50/18 & 255/45/18
245/45/18 & 275/40/18 (265/40/18 will work in back but be about 1% smaller in diameter)
255/45/18 & 285/40/18

245/45/18 & 275/40/18 would be the best setup if they make those sizes.

You'll probably want spacers in front to get the same fitment as in the back.

It appears only the top pair is available so for your fit I'd go
235/50/18 & 255/45/18

Yeah, I figure that was the best way to go since its the closest to diameter.

The problem is bridgestone doesn't make a 235/50/18

I was thinking more of

225/50/18
and 255/45/18

Nevermind For some reason it wasn't showing up, but I do see the combo

Thanks for your help.

I hope the test fitting will work for me if not I'm going back to 245/45/18 & 275/40/18 Conti DWS or try out the Michelin AS3's.

Based on the specs I think the 225 might be too small for the 8.5 wheel. I am hoping the 255/45/18 isn't too small.

I am not a fan of stretch tires.

Yes, the 225 is too narrow for the 8.5" and the 255 is OK for the 9.5.
Here's a good calculator for rim width, scroll about 3/4ths down and a little single line calculator titled "An ideal Rim Width Calculator" is a nice tool
