Got a quick fitment question.

Hi, I'm a new owner and I don't really know much so I just have a quick question. I found a guy selling tires so I just wanted to know if they fit, if it is worth it and would it look right. (2011 G37X sedan) The specs are:

18" Rota G wheels
225/45 ZR18 Hankook Ventus Evo V12 tire
5x114.3 bolt pattern, 73.1 mm hub, 35 mm offset

selling the rims and tires for 900

Tire sizes are almost 3% smaller in diameter to your OEM 225/55/17 so this may cause some issues w/ your AWD, ABS, & traction control setups. The wheels size/offset is OK so if you get them and sell the tires and replace them w/ 225/50/18 or a wider 245/45/18 those would be well under 1% variance and would be a better match.
Also, Inifniti hub bore is 66.1mm so you should get a 66.1 to 73.1 hub adapter that snugs up your wheel to the hub to minimize any vibration.
