G37xs coupe and vossen wheel fitment question before purchase! THanks!
Hi, I have an amazing local offer on a set of matte graphite Vossen CV1, coming off his Maserati, with brand new tires. However, i do have a fitment question, and YES, i did search and also read the Eibach CV1 Offset thread but there was no reply to my question so I deleted it; and also read nearly ALL the FS threads,
My 2011 OB G37xs coupe is lowered on Eibach springs with SPC front and rear camber arms. The wheel specs are 20x9 +38 and 20x10.5 +42 with 245/35/20 and 275/30/20 tires. The rolling diameter is a little less then 1% different. The front is also 6mm short of clearing the sport brakes.
So the usual conservative fitment is +32/42 and the more aggressive fitment is +20/25 (which I prefer).
As of now I am using front and rear sets of 15mm H&R spacers for my stock 19s. If I decide to use them with the 38/42 offset, would that basically means its going to be approximately +23/27. If so, would it fit without any rub and bracket modifications?
Thanks you all for the help

Keep in mind a much better tire combo for AWD compatibility would be 235/40/20 front 275/35/20 rear for a 0.07% variance, OR a 245/35/20 F 285/30/20 rear (also a 0.07% variance). So what I would do is see exactly how those wheels+spacers+ current tires fit overall, then base the future fit on whatever tire setup you'll want when those current tires are ready to be replaced. The current 245/275 combo is marginal when the tires are new and gets worse since the rears wear faster, your variance will be over 1% in a short time.
