Last question if I run 245/40r20 and 275/35r20 do you think I can only drop my coupe an inch and save on the camber kit and avoid rolling or pulling fenders.

The idea that dropping less than an inch isn't a rule so much as a guideline. Lowering your car at all will increase the amount of camber, that's a fact. It's pretty livable/within spec at around an inch, but any more generally requires you to fix it.
You probably won't need to roll your fenders or pull them, just make sure your wheels have the correct sizing! I'm pretty sure 245 and 275 are the max you can fit on the stock wheels, so you shouldn't run in to issues. You'll just have a nice meaty tire.
To keep your rolling diameter similar to your OEM diameter I'd run 245/35/20 & 275/30/20. The sizes you listed will run about 3.5% larger in diameter which may cause problems.
