can someone tell me if you have to shorten the wheel studs if I run 20mm spacers with the 19in sport rims ? 2012 xs coupe..

Also - related question. If you install 20mm spacers X4, prior to lowering will the suspension require camber adjustment due to wider stance?

I intend on lowering eventually but pondering getting spacers first...

Spacers shouldn't have any effect to the camber/toe.
You'll be fine.
