Anyone know where I can get these factory 19" wheel cheapest possible?

Front: 2008-2010 Infiniti G37 19" Front 73704 - All Factory Wheels

Rear: 2008-2010 Infiniti G37 19" Rear 73705 - All Factory Wheels

They are for the convertible G37 but will work on your sedan if you plan to lower it, if you keep it at stock height the tires will poke out a bit.

but those are nothing like the one I posted. They'll stick out as well? but even if they stick out, it won't affect the ride or cause any issues, right?

The ones you posted are the coupe Sport 19" wheels, those have offsets around +45 so you'll have no issues w/ poke at stock height

OP there is a posting of G sedans with the coupe 19s, great looking wheel for our cars! Some even use spacers to push the wheel flush w fender (if that's your sort of thing)
