Stock size is 225/45/19(fronts) and 245/40/19(rears), Other members from this forum have put 245/40/19(fronts) and 275/35/19(rears). I'm considering doing this set up as well.
Using the 245F/275R setup is only for the guys who have AWD.
OP could get away using the stock sizes you mentioned above (225F/245R).

I run 245/275 on my summer wheels. I'm not sure where you read that 245/275 is only for the X. OP could get non-staggered coupe wheels and run a square setup as well.

I guess I didn't mean only, however those tire sizes are meant to keep the rotational diameter difference under 1%. This is necessary for the X-drive system.

RWD can really use whatever tire sizes.
even with RWD you still have to keep rolling % in check or you can screw up the ABS & TC.
