Help with g37x fitment

Newbie here needs some help. Just bought a G about a month ago and I am going to need some new tires, so might as well upgrade from the stock setup.

I found a pair of used TSW Jerez wheels for a good price, but not sure if they will fit. (2x)19x8.5 +20 offset (2x) 19x10.5 +27 offset

I am sure the front wheels would be fine, how about the 10.5 rears?

I am planning on lowering using swift springs in the near future

Thanks for your help.

If you've got a coupe it'll be OK (they'll poke a little until you lower it) but too aggressive for a Sedan. You may have to run a bit stretched in the back, something like a 275/35/20 w/ a 245/40/19 front. Ideally a 285/35/19 will give you the closest diameter to OEM but it may be too close to the fender edge.
