wheel vibration from new wheel&tire set

wheel vibration from new wheel&tire set

Hi, I recently purchased new wheels and tires. I have balanced them twice, due to rumbly vibration comming thru from rears. But they don't go away.
City ride is okay, they are grippy. But on highway, it's just annoying.
So sick of continuos small vibration in every second..
I am running avant garde m368 wheels with 235/35/19, 265/30/19 tires.
Do you guys think it's because of thin tire wall? or mechanics didn't balance them well?

What is your suspension setup? Do you have any kind of spacers, did you put a drop on your car? Spacers can certainly cause vibrations, and it's possible that if you have a drop you need a camber kit, but don't have one. Did you get them balanced and aligned?

Curious why you went w/ such small diameter tires, it won't be the cause of the vibration but could create traction control and ABS issues and your speedometer will be way off. The proper sizes would have been 235/40/19 & 265/35/19.

I would make sure the centering rings are installed properly (or at all), lug nuts are torqued properly and air pressure is correct. If all that checks out then have the package rebalanced by a shop that has a Roadforce machine. That will check the wheel and tire for shape while under load.

thanks guys i have not checked if they put the rings back in or not. So if the rings are missing any ebay product should be fine? I am also assuming too much air pressure in tires too. My g's suspension setup is still stock, but will get a kw v1 coils and camber kits soon. Thank you guys.. I really have no one to discuss with.

I just called tire shop and they say they haven't seen any rings. I guess it is the hub centric ring. Thanks guys again. will put them in when I lower my car. Thanks blnewt again! I will buy 225/40/19,255/35/19 on next one.
