Anyone else have this problem??

Just noticed the random peeling!

Any suggestions or idea ?

find a local wheel repair place and get your wheel(s) re-cleared?

it happens...wheels take a lot of abuse and after 4-5 years yeah the clear coat will peel sometimes.

I guess that's good to know.. thought it was just my wheel! Lol.. I will def clean the wheels better.. The car is a 5 years old.. !

Couple of reasons for this.

Wheels get hot from braking and if the clear coat isn't sufficiently hear resistant...

Also, if the wheels were not prepped correctly (degreasing, etc.) before the clear coat was applied...

The good news is Rikter's suggestion works and is easy to do...
