Will the 19in Q50 wheels fit a 2010 G37xS Sedan. The Q50 wheels are 19x8.5 with an offset of 50.

 

That's a good question, and an easily approachable objective since I suspect eBay is about to get flooded with those things, for overwhelming (and understandable) preferences that are entirely opposite to your own.

 

As long as the bolt pattern and hub bore hasn't changed, and Infiniti has had the same setup forever, so I suspect they'll fit just fine.

They will not stick out. With those specs they will sit similar to current G37s with stock sport 19s. A 19x8.5 with a 50 offset for sure will not stick out on your current sedan.
