Help please

I been searching and I can't find any answers. I just ordered a set of 20x9+20 all around for my AWD q60 coupe. My question is what tire size should I get? What extra work would I have to do to make it fit?
If anyone can help me I would appreciate it. Also I'm lowered on BC COILOVERS

I have 20x9 all around as well. I'm running 245/35zr20 on mine. They fit nicely. I know others will tell you that you can run wider on there and you can, but in my opinion any wider and the tire looks a little too beefy. Some like that look, but it wasn't what I was going for. Hope this helps.

Here's a couple pics of the 245/35zr20 on my 20x9 f14s.

With Michelin Pilot Super Sports mounted

With Hankook Ventus V12s mounted

Just my 2 cents. Get a set of Michelin Pilot Super Sports if you can. They are an amazing tire and worth every penny. The V12s weren't bad, but the ride quality deteriorated with age after about a year.

Would I have to do finder work or camber? Or spacers?
