Limited Edtion Rim

I have a 2012 LE g37 xS
It has 9 spoke rims gun metal dark grey. Well I hit a curb and scratch it up pretty good.

Can anyone please tell where I can get a new rim without paying a huge price.

Thank you

*Edition*....sorry won't let me correct the title!

It may be worth it to see if you have someone near you that specializes in rim restoration. Could be your cheapest route.

Just get it fixed. I don't understand why you need a whole new rim.

I second what kaotic is asking. I'd be interested in purchasing from this website in the future if I knew the site was legit. Is there anyone here who has purchased from this vendor?

I believe I read that people have used them before. If you read their disclaimer, they do state that most of their wheels are refinished. So if you don't have to have brand new, refinished looks like new anyways for half the price.

My auto body shop said that more than likely because of what the wheel is made out of and the color, his wheel guy probably couldn't fix it or machine it to new. This was first thought.
He did say he could order a wheel from the internet for around $300 or so and i would give them my old rim for a core.

Just was curious if I could just get a new one for a decent price.

Thanks guys

You could try these guys - Wheel Collision Center Bath PA- Excellence in Refinished/Used Factory OEM Aluminum Alloy Wheel Rim Sales & Alloy Wheel Rim Straightening Repair Refinishing & Recycling! - www.oemfactoryrimwheel.com Excellence in Refinished/Used Factory OEM Aluminum A. They don't yet list the 2012 LE, but a quick phone call would confirm availability. Not affiliated with the firm.

As long as the wheels didn't crack or the spokes didn't break, why would you want to get a new oem rim, scratches even deep ones can always be sanded/machined down and repainted and likely won't affect he integrity of the wheel. The wheel shop/mobile tire guy would just need to blend the right color paint, especially since your wheel isn't in some type of anodized finish. I've had my Rays matte gunmetal grey wheels scuffed all the time. I just give Son Tran out here in Southern Cali a call and he makes it look brand new. He only charges me $50-100 a rim depending on how bad the curb rash is. There's bound to be places that'll do it, probably not for that cheap though but it still won't amount to the cost of a new wheel. I should note that a regular body shop that doesn't specialize in wheels will use a clearcoat and paint that's made for a car body and not specifically for the wheel. As a result, the paint may start to chip due to the stress everyday wear and tear puts on your wheel. If you can, I suggest finding a shop that works primarily with wheels or a shop that uses paint and clearcoats primarily for wheels when working on them. Just my two cents... Like a previous poster said, until we see pictures, there's no way of knowing for sure.

I have a 2011 LE. Same wheels... I'll sell them all to you so you can have spares.

I'm asking $900 for all 4, but I'll take $800 if you pay the shipping.
