It's personal preference. Looks are completely subjective.

Best advice, maybe make a thread asking for a photoshop of your car and the wheels you wanna purchase to get a general idea.

Hard to have an opinion without pictures. With that in mind, I'd say "no". As an accent or trim color, gold really only works well against a white car. Otherwise, it looks like ghetto bling.

Thats slightly "false"

Gold wheels go very well with black and metallic blue, and also sometimes red can pull off the look too.

I say go for it, i think it would look sick. You have just gotta be brave to pull of gold wheels and not worry about what others say, just worry about your personal opinion because there are tons of ppl who would say gold wheels, eww... No matter what color the car is.

That's slightly ridiculous. It's an opinion, not a pop quiz.

That is more "opinion" than it is true...gold works well with a number of colors...but I think we all need a visual to say accurately whether this particular combo works well together, and even then it's still a matter of personal taste.

I've seen gold wheels on a PG coupe . . . . . not my cup of tea.

I think more of a bronze will fit the car better than 'gold'. Then again I believe silver, graphite, black would look better. Your car, your mods. At the most, find a dealer near you, visit the shop and sit the wheel next to the car and see how it would look.

Keep it with silver, hypersilver, or gunmetal imo.

Are you all seriously arguing about wheel finish?

It's opinion based. There is no right or wrong answer to the OPs post.

I honestly think he needs to answer it himself

I own a GS coupe and I say no. Stick to darker colors just not all black. But it is totally opinion based, if you like it go for it.

I think a bronze color looks slick against a few colors. Gold - not my taste.

My 91 Z was Aztec red and had bronze wheels on it. Got a lot of compliments on it.

No gold for me, unless you work at Fort Knox................... if so, you get a 15% discount at the company snack bar.
