Arrow Looking to buy new shoes, need advice!

So im looking at getting a set of Trafficstar VIP 19" wheels, specs are;

"5x114

Fronts:
19x8.5 +20 offset
215/35/19 General tires (brand new)
Rear:
19x9.5 +20 offset
245/35/19 Nexen tires (almost new 90% left )

Wheels have some clear coat coming off and front wheels has a little bent lip all tires hold air still drivable ,rims are dirty and need some cleaning

$1600"

Here are my questions

Is the +20 offset going to cause an issue? arent we supposed to be at +35 or so?

Im assuming 5x114 is actually 5x114.5 - safe assumption?

Is the price reasonable for Trafficstar VIP wheels? - I don't have any idea what the original retail was and the condition isnt as bad as described

Id be getting them powder coated as well (except for the lips) so with that cost added Im looking at 2k for stock sized rims and a spare set of tires at 90+% sound like a decent deal or a ripoff for "rare" rims?

Those are some really stretched tires for somewhat conservative sizes.

Never heard of that brand, what's the actual model name?

those stretched sizes are good for that offset.

I had 245/35/20 stretched on 20x10.5" rim no issues daily driving it in NYC roads.

if you're slammed those offsets and sizes work for the money but I'd go for 20's

What sort of look are you going for?

The fronts are conservative, the rears are a little aggressive

And 35 aspect ratio is too thin up front

found out that they are 3pc forged too. Not lowered yet, looking at getting Ksport Kontrol Pro coilovers and dropping 1-1.5 inches. Im on stock 19s right now, same size as these. Are 20s gunna keep a smooth ride for me? Id like to keep a classy and lightly aggressive look for now, maybe change it up later.

These are them

Vip 19" Rare jdm Trafficstars wheels

and for those interested, these are Trafficstars wheels here
