Best winter tire for the rwd g37 coupe
Anybody have any experience with the Toyo Garit KX on the G?
I had some Toyos on a Honda FWD car years ago, and they were fantastic. Can anybody compare them to the Blizzaks or the Hankooks?
I'm in Toronto, where the winter alternates between cold and dry, and very slushy, with one or two big snow days per month in the winter.

I'd compare tire rack's prices. The tax should cover be equal to the shipping, more or less, then another $60 for mounting and balancing. Locally, discount tire direct matches tr's prices quite well.
Hello Gang,
I'm new to the forum. Just spent about an hour searching for this answer, which I think is yes?
I just purchased a 2008 G37s and decided to go with blizzak 225/45/19 for the front (bought new for $280 for a pair off eBay) and I found a damn near new pair of blizzak 255/40/19 that I was hoping I could put on the rear. I know going wider isn't optimum, but the price is right ($100 for both!) will these fit my rear stock 19" sport package wheels?
Thank you for your help and your time!!

If most of your driving is in the cold/dry then yes, a 255 width tire will work. If you actually have to drive in/through snow, with a tire that wide you won't be getting the full benefits of a snow tire.
