Rear tires wearing, help!!!!!

Hey guys... I bought a used G37 from the states and imported it to Canada a while back... long story short... the car had a **** load of problems that the average consumer could not see... when I drove down and parked my car i noticed the rear tires where balled(they where about 60% when i saw the car) so i got new ones... put these new ones on and didnt bother with the alignment mainly due to the fact I got busy with work... car ran fine but it was chewing through the rear tires around the outside of the tire... within a month I was back at the tire shop replacing my tires... at this point i told them to take the car in for an alignment... they tried there best but the rear adjuster bolts where tightened to the max so they told me to go back to stock bolts... so i went to infiniti and got the bolts replaced them and then it still didnt work...

the owner of the car had it lowered with 20" rims so i don't know if he had replaced the rear camber to accompany the new tires size or when he put the car back together it wasnt stock height

first set of tires see how the outside is all worn down
