i can get a good deal on 4 blizzak tires but there same size all round will this be ok for me in winter?

 

will i get a slip light or speed sensor will be off anyone? i wana do 245.40.19 all around will this affect the car??

 

you will be fine. when people put wider tires on the stock 19's, they put 245/40 on the front. running same size tires all around wont cause anything but maybe your speedo being off very slightly (you wont notice it though)

You'll be fine. I ran this setup for my winter tires and it was perfectly fine. I barely noticed a difference.
