what looks better tho i don't like my oem 18s i do like the oem 19s for the S models, and i'm scared to get anything but forged if i get 20's i feel if i get 19s i won't need to be as scared because i'll be able to have more tire. i don't have a drop on my car at all it's the x so it's higher than the S eventually would like to put a little bit of a drop in it.

I'm gonna check iforged, but the forged rims are a grand a piece, i mean it's nice to dream right?

ohh and the spacers, i have no idea about it's confusing the **** out of me, so like i have no idea which rims would be able to fit on my g especially with the awd

for spacers, if you get the right offsets, you don't need spacers

also, if you want quality forged wheels, you gotta pay to play.

okay true that's cheaper for now, picking rims is pretty complicated for someone who has never picked out rims before, they all look good you know, but it's like which would i feel looks best on my car, and aside from that it's finding rims and the actual fitment for an awd coupe, i can look at a million pics of g's with rims on them but most are staggered rwd cars, i dont know where to start??
buying springs would be a start since it would only be a couple hundred it might get me sometime to save up some more money for rims and tires.
I do know that i want to get wider tires like 275/35 but 20's or 19's it's a toss up??????

has anybody painted the oem 18's that aren't the ten spokes one like on the S models they are the five spoke one's if so does anybody have pics of them painted that would kind of help too

I originally wanted to get after market 19's and I'm glad now that I wound up with 20's.. They fit the car so perfectly..

If you talking in terms of price, tires to replace seem to be cheaper in 20's rather than 19's becuase it is a much more popular size.

yeahh i like the tsw too theres a couple brands that seem to catch my attentions, but still the awd leaves me with questions
or am i just car stupid because the awd doesn't play that much of a factor? i mean honestly i don't know, anybody with money can buy rims here and there and slap them on and see what works, but if i'm gonna spend the money and put them on my car i want it the right way the first time and i don't want to be wasting money here and there throwing different rims on the car,

The rims on the black car are for sale I believe. Everyone says go with 20's nicer look plus tires are a little cheaper

+1 for BBS.

I am a BBS *****.

Those are 17's... FWIW, 20" RS-GT's are about $1500/rim. 19" RS-GT will run you around $1250/ea. Roughly $100 less for 19" RG-R

The optional (JDM) 16" BBS wheels for the s2k go for about 4k/set new. The wheels on my s2k go for about 2800. They're 17".

These for for roughly 9k/set at the current exchange rate.

i here ya i think i was looking at the cheaper ones, and i don't want to settle lol that's why i'm having such a hard time because there so expensive and i just don't know if i can put together that type of coin right now
i might try and paint my oem 18's and have that for another year until i can really afford what i want but i can't keep pushing things off til next year because sooner or later it will be time for a new car you know and then what good is it

There are plenty of less expensive options to be had. Unless bling or performance is of utmost importance, you have tons of options.

Avoid the knockoff brands, however, as they tend to be weak, and easily break if you hit a pothole or get into a fender bender.
