Whats the best spacer size for 19"OEM wheels/tires?

With Eibach and stock 19 inch wheels/ tires 225 front and 245 rear, will i rub on 20mm HR spacers? Has anybody had issues or cutting, taking out liners with that drop. Any pictures with 20mm all around? Thanks!
