You could have measured with the old tires on first

100% flushness. No tuck when air ride is down, that's the point, other people flush when driving but tuck when air slammed. Offset and tires gauged perfectly.

I am very humble actually, I helped so many and too many people with their offsets on these forums. I'm not saying mine is the right way, if I was static I would go a different route. I can say I started this movement when everyone doubted me, but then that'll be just a big for nothing ego.

Just the picture angle. The toe is virtually dead center.

would 10.5+18 front&rear(square setup) work?

225/40 front and 245/40 rear?

The rears will def work, the fronts are doable. What size spacer would be needed for the fronts to clear? I'm assuming they're low disk all around since it's a 10.5 square setup

I just wanted to share my recent addition in case anyone was curious about my fitment. This is my 2012 G37 Sedan, and the fronts are 20x8.5 +25, rears are 20x10 +25 with a stretched 245/35/20. I am on the Eibach Pro Kit for now until I can save up for some coilovers. I definitely want to bring the front end down a bit and add some spacers. Prob gonna have to buy the coilovers new, but I may get the spacers from my buddy Robby Rai who has that Vossen Bagged G37. Anyway, heres some pics...
