Question: How much does OEM wheels cost?

Hello All,

I have a set of OEM 19" sports wheels that I would like to sell but have no idea what the asking price should be. They will also come with OEM lugs and a set of OEM wheel locks.

The rims come with stock tires with about 30% thread left... so I might just give the tires for free.

The rims do NOT come with TPMS sensors because I transferred them onto my new rims.

The front wheels are in absolutely perfect condition.
The rear wheels have some nasty stone chips for some odd reason ... though neither of the rims were curbed... I think all these chips resulted from a crazy rain storm we have in CA back in November/December of 2007.

Here are some pictures on the condition of the rims

Driver-side Front - No Defects

Passenger-side Front - No Defects

If I can get a rough estimate on how much I should charge for these that would be great!

Thank you for your time and valued input!

Based on what I read from previous FS threads I would say about 1000 pick up. I don't know how much they go for if you factor in shipping. I'd say about 1200-1500 with tires. Your best bet is to research on the past FS threads, I might be wrong.

On the side note, what wheels did you get? Post pictures! cuz I can't wait until Beshoff meet to find out

with new tires i would go no lower than $1500. with the chips and low thread, id say maybe $1000. but people dont understand the value of these and there are a few cheap sets on the market so you dont always get fair value.

$1000? I will probably let it all go for $800
LOL Beshoff actually did my install! They transferred and re-initialized the TPMS, mount, roadforce balance, and alignment all for basically $250... awesome deal coming from a dealer! Free custom HANDWASH too.. major props to them

I basically got the same setup as Danny (UCLA_Bruin), he has Emotion. I got the 20" iForged Essen V2 with semi-gloss black center and chrome lip.

Thank you for the input w0ady, I am thinking maybe $800... repairing 2 wheels costs about $250~$300 and if you add that up to $800 that gives you $1100 for a set of mint wheels alone (no tires or TPMS) - which sounds about right =)

damn that's a great deal. And that's some sick wheels.

I don't know about you but I would keep the stockies. You never know when you'll need it. But then you can always buy it back too. But it's just me, I just hate the hassles.

$800 sounds fair to me. Good luck on your sale!

oh btw what tires did u get and from where?

NP.

Really? I thought you got some Volk RE-30s?
In that case, aren't they 20x9.5 and 10.5?

I thought you would go with wider tires

Mine are 20x9 and 10

Oh oops yeah I meant GT-30s ... not RE-30s (don't know where I pulled that out from )

LoL I need to trim the fender liner with my 275... it will rub a little on sudden in/declines on the road

$800 is definitely on the cheap side of the scale.. I would do at least $900-$1000.. I'm sure others will chime in soon.
