Opinions please...G35 19in rims on G37S

Okay, so before the G37 came out, I asked someone to photoshop the G35 rims on to a G37 and I loved the way it looked. Here is the pic.....

So. I'm still wondering if the wheels will even fit. I don't believe anyone has tried yet.

The 19" G35 wheels have +30mm front/ =33mm rear offsets. The G37 is a +43mm front / +45mm rear. If my math is correct, the fronts will stick out about a half inch further and the rears about the same. Does that sound right? I'm guessing this would work and give the wheels a more flush look, no?

Theoretically, everything else should be okay...hub bore, bolt pattern, clearing calipers, and clearing the shock tower should be non-issues.

Thoughts?

Mods: sorry about posting in the wrong place. Thanks for moving and you guys move fast!

Detroit - Right now I'm just making some assumptions. Until I get my car in the next couple of days and find someone locally with a G35 w/19s to act as a guinea pig, I won't really know anything!

The G37 19s are growing on me, but I still think the G35 19s are a moe aggressive "sport" look.

The G35 Coupe wheels have less positive offset meaning they protrude more toward the outside of the vehicle than the wheels of the G37. If the brakes are too big on the 37 for the 35 wheels to fit, it will have nothing to do with offset.

This was sort of my thought as well. No big deal as I'm really just curious more than anything. Thanks for everyone's opinions though.

That what i was think as well the offset would have more to do with coilover and fender clearence. Brakes have more to do with the rim face differences

Looks ok but they wont look the way that they look in the pic. ecaue of the lower offset they would not likely fit over the bigger brakes and they would not go flush with the wheel wells like the stockers from the '08s do.

Actually picked up my car yesterday and I like the 19s a lot more than I thought. In fact, I really, really like them.
