Night time driving - expect the unexpected.

LINK

Came across this last night. Been a long time since I had an animal encounter. Must always expect the unexpected..
Use the gear icon to slow it down to 1/4 speed.

Damn I was waiting for him to jump in front of you.

On a different note, your roads could use a little lighting lol

Deer vs car: The deer may lose, but the car never wins.

It's one of those split second judgement calls. I suppose had the deer not stopped where it did the brakes would be applied full force. The road is a 2 lane country back road, speed limit 55mph. I think there was a street lamp at an intersection about 1/2 mile back.
