He's 16..of course he's with his mom...My mother lives with me...she suffers from arthritis and I take care of my siblings...I pay the rent n bills...I'm about to own a g37? Does that make me a loser b/c u live in the same place as ur parents??

If ur 30, without a job and at home, that's a whole other thing...Plus I live in NYC..Not even the cali guyz on here see rent as high as Manhattan...renting a 2 bedroom in Harlem is $1200 a month....and that's pure ghetto...

um 2 bedroom for 1200 is not crazy. thats a normal price for here in south florida...

i have an 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms apt in sunrise and i rent it out for 1300 a month, is right next to sawgrass in a normal area, not ghetto, but not like parkland either.

 

2 beds for 1500 here in so cal, not close to the beach either :/

yea 1200 would be a good deal in so cal... your looking at like 1800-2k for an okay 2 bedroom by the beach. at the LEAST

just an update. 1200 to 1300 here in AZ gets you about a 3400 sq/ft home. maybe 4 bed. 2 1/2 bath sucks for you coast ******
