I am still amazed that people are willing to gamble with their money after hearing the stories of what Andy has done to others. He owes me $750. Its been almost a year now since I sent him money for wheels. My lawyer who is in AZ just down the street from Andy did some research and determined that his business is not legally recognized in the state of AZ because he has not registered with the state in over two years. My lawyer is now working with the Attorney General's office to see what can be done to shut his business down and his web site.
