Need help replacing break Pads & rotors for 09 G37x

Hello everyone, I need to replace my old rotors and break pads for rear wheels.

I have quoted 330(80$ labor) from local tire shop.

I think this is bit too much but regardless of the price, I wasn't really sure what they are using and if they are going to be any good.

Can anyone tell me what brands and types to buy?

I currently have slotted rotors, so I will just stick to it in order to match them with from wheels.

Thanks everyone

really there are so many choices on pads and rotors its mainly up to you... you could always just go with the OEM akebono pads and slotted stoptech rotors.

I went with the Posi Quiet Ceramic Brake Pads and stoptech slotted rotors and they are great so far.

each type as their pros and cons. you see more semi metallic pads for track use and more ceramic for day to day driving
