It was a true pleasure to meet and chat with everyone yesterday! It was great to put faces with names and get some first hand feedback on various mods. Sean and Dave, we'll have to caravan again next year, it was a fun ride up. Thanks again for putting this on, Sean! I'll PP you some cash for the pavilion rental.

It goes without saying, but I will say it any way:

This was very much a group effort. Truthfully, this meet put itself together thanks to the engaged and conscientious members. There was no heavy lifting on my part whatsoever.

With Rochester's meet template and advice, Mik3G37S and team putting together the Shock and Awe Cruise out of NJ/NY, and Kenny's tireless cheerleading combined with his mad shopping skills, it was small effort for me; completely out of proportion to the atta-boys I'm getting.

But thanks again anyway, my family and I had a great time meeting you all and sharing our love for the G and one another!!

I actually made myself laugh leaving ShopRite and seeing how long my receipt was lol I told myself I asked myself what's longer my receipt or my mod list!?

I seriously am already looking forward to next year's meet already and will post up something with Alex (bikezilla) for another Bear Mt run possibly on the 24th of this month. We are currently waiting for everyone to recuperate from this weekend.

 

Really good meeting you all. I wish I didn't have to leave early but had to drive home for a friend's BBQ. It was good talking to folks and seeing all the cool mods. Very interested to see more pics and video -- especially as multiple people mentioned that they weren't sure if I was with the group when the "peloton" blew by me just before the rain started, so maybe you all caught me on the video as well.

Hope to see you all at another meet soon.

Can't wait until next year. It was nice being able to find some inspiration in the crowd, you're all a pretty cool bunch.
