Event G37 Meet-up August 6, 2016
Not only would it be an honor to organize the next meet but it would be my pleasure! I'll start looking for different venues for us! Me and Alex (bikezilla) are also going to be posting up a thread very soon for a part 2 Bear Mt meet! It will most likely be held on August 24th and believe me when I say this is a meet you guys don't want to miss!
More to come so keep an eye out!
More to come so keep an eye out!
At long last, I found a way to choose and process batches of pix.
Photo dump below, no no particular order.
Recap, we came, we drove, we had a blast!
Big ups to Vivid and Kenny. Special props to the folks who drove so very far.
I was really glad to meet the forum patriarchs, the regulars and the new arrivals like myself.
I got a special kick out meeting Rochester and his awesome daughter.
And enjoyed the ride in his rolling perfection.
My only regrets is there simply wasn't enough time to talk cars with everyone in half as much detail as I would have liked. SO MANY excellent cars. So little time.
Well that and the missed opportunity to get a side by side shot next to Vivid!
So I first got stuck mid-span on the Bear Mountain Bridge while they Airlifted someone fomm a car crash at the circle on the opposite end
Then met up with Van, in Rockland county, then on our way to the NJ meetup we met up with Kenny on the highway just before our exit. Then after a wonderful tour of the mall parking lot we finally found the group.
We synced up our phones using a two-way radio app and discussed the choreography for the go-pro caravan to PA.
We headed out and had a blast with a 15-G conga line on the interstate.
Pulled into PA just when the downpour started.
By the time we all unloaded and got comfortable the rain was gone and the sun came out.
Kenny and I grilled like champs, and K was so dedicated he even served up his own special fore-arm Tar-tar.
After grilling we had a great photo shoot and took some of us took comparison runs in each other's cars. And then of course was the "What Exhaust Was That" Chorus.
when it was time to leave somebody said "Yo' Zilla why don't you take point?"
Of course My GPS was set for the North Pole so that didn't work out so well but hey, more driving more fun right?
Okay on with the picture show.

I didn't even know you took this many pictures. Those are great quality shots, Alex.
Welcome to the forum, and your wheels definitely suck less in person. Bwa-Hahahahaha!
Inside joke aside, you have the best fitment out of every car there this weekend.

And as always it was cool hanging with my new local Crew: Amanda, Van and Kenny!
We're like Infiniti's version of the Suicide Squad!
