Is there any plans to head there this year?

 

I don't know or live near there, but if a group of G's are getting together and going, I want in.

 

The Dragon is closed due to rockslide.

I was going to head out this year, but cancelled due to the closure...

I have reservations at The Lodge in Fontana for the 22nd to 24th of this month, if you'd like to take over my reservation.

Just read about it. Should be fixed by july. There are tons of other road there. i go down every years with my bikes. Taking the car this year.

 

I'm not sure... google "dragon rockslide" to see how many matches come up.

It's supposed to take roughly $2mil to just CLEAR the rockslide....


Keep in mind I'm in Cali; I'm going by hearsay from folks local to the Dragon.

 

TN road commission gave a contact out to a company with a deadline of july 31 with bonus if it gets finished by the 1st. As of march 29th.

I was going to go with a S2000 group this year... roughly 80-100 cars, and 5 days/4 nights of planned events

im going up may 20-23 for By Enthusiasts-For Enthusiasts

even with the dragon closed, i have more fun on the north ga roads and the more open nc/tn roads. zdayz is definitely an amazing event with usually 200+ cars. you guys should check it out.
