What does ITB stand for?
In what context?
For Infiniti, ITB refers to Infiniti Technical Bulletin, internal documents issued by Infiniti engineers to dealerships/ technicians that addresses the identification and resolution of technical issues of some models that do not rise to the level of a national recall.
For example:
ITB10-010b= Infiniti Technical Bulletin, issued 2010, Bulletin #10, revision B.
This ITB specifically addresses the issue where some cars experienced a low battery/ no start condition as a result of not driving the car for extended periods of time and tells the dealer/ tech how to resolve the issue.
NTB= Nissan Technical Bulletin, same thing but for Nissan models.
