UPDATE:
took it in again today. they checked it out and showed me where 1 litterally 1 wire was soddered back together from previous owner. the replaced the battery, reprogrammed ecu, and replaced my muffler. the guy i dealt with this time was awsome. owns a g just like mine and wants all my aftermarket parts. was trying to buy my headlights and my spoiler rt there...lol

been a few weeks and have had no issues. absolutely love my G! and after calling infiniti national the service guy they gave me is great. any tiny problem and he gets it done.doesnt even ask.justdoes it!

So what this thread is telling me is that i shouldn't install any after market non oem alarm systems in my car or they wont service it any longer?

Just had this happen to my wife MDX the dealer was blaming the problems on the aftermarket alram... after arguing with them they went ahead and took it off the car. Everything is working perfect now.

Make them show you what they are talking about and show you where it is and how it is connected to the electrical system.

You could also take it to an independent shop and have them run a charging system check to isolate problems. It would be worth the expense.
