Noise from Passenger window.

My car makes noise from the right passenger window at around 60mph on the highway it. It is the sounds of air rushing in. The right window does not closes all the way there is is about 1/3 - 1/2 of a centimeter gap which will not close. I tried resetting the windows, no good. So i take it to the dealer and they tell me because the car has been in a collision center they are unwilling to do it for free. Keep in mind the collision cause me to have my right fender and front bumper to be replaced, the right door was scratched and the damage was minor. They told me I need to authorize a 150 dollar charge in order for them to investigate that cause. If they determine that the collision or repair did not cause this problem they will not charge me, the problem is I do not trust their mechanics.

I also not for a fact that the collision or repair is not responsible for the problem because the problem existed before he accident; they just told me in need to authorize a 150 dollar hold and that they will automatically charge me if they find out it because of the collision/repair. They told me that "this just doesn't happen on it own" which is BS.

Now my question is what can I do? I can take it back to the collision center but I know for a fact it will take him at least a few days to fix because he is backed up with cars to attend to.

So my question si what do you guys recommend and have you guys had problems with the windows not closing all the way.

Thank you.

if the collision repair place took the window out to paint the door then yes u need the dealer to adjust it as the y will not know how. window ajustments on the g are not as easy as most other vehicles. no matter how many times one can try the dealer has a special max angle they adjust it and so forth. had mine adjusted like 4 times. one time the wind noise was coming from a small gap in the front part of the window by the mirror. it can be fixed from warranty. take it to another infiniti dealer if the other one wont fix it. it seriously takes less than an hour if the tech knows what he's doing. taking the door panal off is probobly the hardest part.sounds like your dealer just wants ur cash. glad my dealer up in canada always corrects the problems in my g. then again we pay a pretty large chunk more than u do for the exact same fakin car

BTW this is Glendale Infiniti. I even talked to their manager and he told me to go back to the collision center.

I have air leaking in on my passenger window at 75+mph. It's bc the rubbing mold is messed up or was never properly shaped from factory.
