I have a serious electrical issue
I'm an entry level ford tech and I have a 2013 M37x. I can't turn my ignition on and the car doesn't recognize the key fob. I got a jump start from a friend and the ignition worked but the car wouldn't crank. I disconnected the battery and left the car in my school's parking lot and left. I came back the next day with a jumper pack and my ignition wouldn't turn on. I replaced the battery and the ignition still wouldn't turn on. I have an aftermarket remote start system and if I hold the button the park lights flash and I can still move the power seats. The horn works and I can change the position of the steering wheel but that's it. I ran a pin point test on the fusible links that are on the positive terminal and determined that they are good. I tested all my fuses for continuity and none were broken. They are all receiving power and have a good ground. None of the relays are activating but they are receiving power. I'm not sure at this point if its a module or if the aftermarket remote start system is at fault. There has to be something I don't know about.
Are you able to turn the steering wheel?
Does the key (start button) cycle between OFF, ACC, and ON? Is there a key icon lit up on the gauge cluster?
Did you install the remote start kit or did it come with the car when you bought it?
Does it have any inline fuses and/ or can it be "disconnected?"
A ton of questions, but they are necessary.

Steering wheel turns. They key does not cycle. It did when I first jump started it but hasn't since. The remote start came with the vehicle. The remote start does have a fuse and upon inspection I found that it was still good.
No red or yellow key icon? Based on your symptoms (unresponsive start button) , either the remote start kit is causing some type of interference with the BCM or there is a issue with the iKey.
I do not know offhand if the M37's used the infamous steering lock (ESCL) or when they were phased out.
I would look into the remote kit at this point. Also, wouldn't hurt to check your BCM area and make sure it is dry. Leaky sunroof drains are a common problem for the G37, not so sure about the M's, but doesn't hurt to check.

There is not one light on in the interior. Even when the ignition turned on after the initial jump start there were no lights on the dash besides the little screen in the middle that says to press the brake and push the button. I brought my spare key incase the key was faulty but I had no luck. I'm probably going to phase out the remote start system and revert it to stock. If this doesn't fix my issue I'm completely out of ideas.

You've done everything you can at this point, the next step would require you to remove this alarm.
There shouldnt be anything else preventing ANY light to not come on unless battery voltage is not reaching anything which only the alarm can do.
The only factory system that can behave like this is the Steering Lock.
It wouldnt surprise if like many this started happening after low voltages of the battery triggered a forced reset on the alarm syncing out with the remote so it doesnt let the remote communicate with the BCM.
