Battery keeps dying!!!!

It all started back in November. Car wouldn't start, called for jump, brought it in, codes are telling us you left it on. Um, I seriously doubt that. "You probably double tapped the the button when you exited the car. OK..I guess. Less than a month later, same thing. The battery was toast this time..of course. "Codes say you left it on again". NOT A CHANCE IN HELL!! New battery(that I had to pay a portion of). Couple of days ago...dead(didn't drive it for 5 days)!! Thankfully I got a jump starter for XMAS and I jumped it myself. Little back story. I'm only working part time now and also have another car at my disposal to use, In addition, I live on long island and have been working in the city(live 3 blocks from station and take train in). So i'm not driving the car that much, I've only put 1,500 miles on it in 5 months. And when I drive it, most times it's only 1-4 miles.
The 2 times I brought it in and they said I left it on, each of those times I used my car starter to start the car, and If it doesn't turn over, the car starter keeps trying and wont let me turn off the car, 3 weeks, ago, used car starter, didn't turn over, as I was walking to the car, it tries to start again(without me doing anything, and started).
So, WTF? Now I have a new battery, that I paid for, that is prob crap now. Haven't called to make an appointment yet cause I just have too much **** going on and I'm just frustrated. I will probably be working in the city full-time now, do I have to start my car every other day? BS!!
Thoughts? Is the car alternator programmed to turn on only after a certain amount of driving? I know it is possible I just have another bad battery(know a bunch of people that have had bum batteries the last couple of years.) I know it's not the ideal situation that I don't drive it for days at a time, but, c'mon! 5 days and it wont start? Not cool!! I have a little over 15,500 miles. Any ideas?
"Stopped using" the car starter doesnt necessarily rule out the starter draining down the battery with the car parked.
Pull the fuse going to/on the remote start itself and see if your problem stays the same or gets better.
I too drive my G very little. Stock battery is 2 yrs old and it cranks a tad slow in the cold weather but Ive never been stranded. I have a feeling your remote start is draining....something...with the car off. Its also odd that it can crank and the car doesnt actually start. I have a remote start on my 01 Frontier thats parked outside 24/7 and even in 10 degree cold the thing has never not started in the first "crank session" from the remote start.

I have a 2010. The 2 previous times the car died and I brought it to service, they did a drain test. Of course not for terribly long, but they found no drain. Going to make an appointment tomorrow and tell them to keep it for a couple of days. Very annoying.

**UPDATE**
Sorry to bring up again. So I brought my car in shortly after my last post and they disconnected the remote start. They have a guy come in and install them and he was bitching saying that it would have nothing to do with the battery drain. He pulled the remote start(took 1 minute). And now the car is fine!! Can leave for 5 days+ and it will start no problem, and does so with a battery that I have jumped 4x's since December.
So now that sufficient time has passed, I'm going to call the dealer and see how they want to handle this. I bought the car, new, from them and they installed the remote start before I took delivery. So, in my eyes, it should still be warrantied by them(warranty on car expires 8/14/14). Granted it certainly is not and infiniti part, but since I paid $37k for a car from them, they should help me out.
I would like the remote start, sux not having it anymore, but can't deal with the headache if this will happen. Should I ask them to put a new remote start unit in? or gimme my f'n money back?

Be nice and act professional.
Ask for a refund
The wife's 2013 Altima came with factory remote start.
Tried it once on the day we took delivery. Never used it since.
Who needs it?
My G37 S warms up quickly in the winter and the AC cools quickly in the summer.
Can't have it in a manual anyway
Telcoman
I'm gonna call and ask the receptionist to pull up my file and have someone review it and call me back. Who needs it? ME!!! LOL! It gets cold here and I have a 3 mile commute= car will not be warm by the time i get to work.
