Would aftermarket rear G rims fit on an FX?

I noticed that the size would fit but what about the offset? 20x10 for instance? Anyone?

Depends on the offset.

I see a lot of 10.5 +22 on the rear of the Gs. Stock is 20/18x8 +40 this G/Z rear wheel would sit +50mm wider than the FX stock set up. I run a wheel that is +37mm more than stock. I don't think the 10.5 +22 rear would physically fit inside the wheel well.

This is in a driveway at an angle that puts most of the weight to the back left corner.

My rear wheel wells are very trimmed to fit my wheels, I like a bit of sidewall bulge so a wider offset than mine would fit but tire sizing would need to be adjusted.

But you also have a BBK so that should factor in. What is the largest lip you can put on an fx?

iforged does make some cheater lips.

Not as bad as some though, depends on the wheel you choose I guess. For lips you can probably do a 5" lip if spec'd correctly. iforged has done 4.5" on some Daytonas for a FX.

If you're going to run a G/Z wheel set up the 19" tire selection is a little slim. For my Nismos I run 285/45-19 on the front 19x8.5 and 295/45-19 on the rear 19x9.5. what width are the iforged wheels? If the front is a 9.5 you could probably get away with running 295/45-19 all the way around.

I'm sorry why did I say precision, it the formula series. The precisions gives an additonal 1" all around. On my rims it' a pretty flat face with 2.5" in the front and 4" in the back.

Yep the precision wheels are more cheater lip than the formulas.

So 20x? 20x10? It'll boil down to what tire size you end up running if it will fit or not. Shorter or more stretched tire sizing can help a super low offset.

Thanks rookie for the help. Now I just need to find a fx'er in my area to "test" the wheels
