Grind the price down as much as possible. Tell them you have a better deal somewhereelse and just let them keep working towards getting you the best deal possible.....
Not sure in Canada, but in the US it doesn't seem like the EX is selling very well. If that's the case there as well, you should be able to get a really good deal.
