I apologize in advance for the dumb noob question... what's involved in installing these? Is it something that i can do in my garage with minimal experience or does it have to get installed by a pro?

If someone could outline the process and/or provide comments it would be greatly appreciated!!

How can I get some new filters? Do they sell those separately? And what are the benefits?

Does the left one touch the power steering reservoir? Looks like it might from the pic.
