gamedog, were you stock when they installed/dyno the intakes? or did you have mods already on the car, and if so which ones? it'll help paint the picture better if we know the result was on a bone stock or modded g.

 

YES! PERFECT timing! =)

 

They had me remove all my mods a week prior to testing and had me reset my ECU to make sure the car was back to stock. So yeah, all the testing was performed on a stock car

Lou how would you compare the quality of the intake and heat shields to JWT?

From comparing them with my JWT'S the tubes are shorter so you don.t have to push back the OE rubber intake tubes. Welds are absolutely nicer. The heat shields are one piece with rubber inserts on the top side to it wont scratch the hood and seal the heat away from the intakes. Best part of these are the filters. NON OILED AMSOIL FILTERS are known to be better than the oil filters.

I didn't get to drive my customers car so i don't know how they would feel, i can't compare my G since i have more mods. They do sound really nice. Very noticeable growl when he drove away and he has stock exhaust so it was more noticeable.

 

Noyceeee.... any plans in the near future that Injen releases the same non-oiled filters for the CAI ?
