Nope, not one fitment issue that I can remember. No cuts or anything. Literally takes about 15 minutes to install

BUMP!

Got some pics for you guys of these when they were on my car when prototyping. The intakes themselves are identical to what production look like, but the heat shields are slightly different on the production intakes. In other words, they look nicer then the ones pictured here
