What everyones been waiting for!!! BC Racing Coilovers!!!!
Fronts are easier than the rear. Just unbolt them at the bottom, use the wrench to tighten (if you are lowering) the travel distance. Then bolt back up.
i unbolted the strut from the bottom / endlink and just spun the bottom up. that seemed to make the most sense to me.. it didn't adjust the tension on the spring or anything
i could be wrong though
and on the rear i ended up putting the spring in with the collars on top, used the oem bottom rubber piece, and took out the oem top spring perch.. it seemed to make the most sense to me because the collars would be easier to get to, the writing on the springs went that way, and the top perch has three little prongs under it that hold it up, and they went perfectly into the (top?) piece from bc

I wouldn't do what max is saying because then you are adjusting the spring tension and the ride height. I did what you said earlier, unbolt the bottom, and spin that up to lower it.
For the rear, from what I understand, you have to take the springs out to adjust the height. I guess it shouldn't really matter where you put the perch on top or below the springs because each way it has equal pressure on it. I did my rears opposite of yours, left the stock top rubber piece in and put the BC perch under the spring. I adjusted the height before I put them on, and its even on both sides... i just measured it very closely lol.

cool, that's what i did on the front. actually lowered it a little more than i wanted, so i'll be back at it again tomorrow. right now it's pretty much the same height in the front as it was with the h&r springs
and i haven't adjust the rear yet, another task for tomorrow
You think I should change my rear or just leave it as is? I guess I can wait for actual instructions from pete or look at max's pictures when he posts them.
i'd wait for pete to answer
i was like you though.. when i first went to put them on i was going to do it the way you did.
anyone put the rears on with the collars under the spring without adjusting them first? i'm wondering what the drop looks like that way.. i thought mine was going to be lower than it is, since i took out that spring perch. but it's higher that the h&r springs were
Wow I came out from work today and the rears and settle a half an inch... and to spend the evening raising the rear... I didnt get to write up my review yet... im goin to start now...
