Anyone seen this thing rolling around or know the owner? Whats the history of this car?

 

I've seen this car advertised on craigslist for quite a while now. I don't know anything about the car personally though. Were you looking at buying this car?

 

Thanks for the reply VRG. I was interested in this car and still might be, just not a fan of the hood and I'd prefer the ipl front. My only concern was when I asked the owner what he was dropped on he couldn't give me a clear answer. =/ I was trying to work another deal for a G in CT, but running into a few obstacles, if the CT deal doesn't work out I may go for this.
