Windshield Repair

My windshield got hit by a small rock today. Any recommended glass shop in Rowland Hts and Walnut area?

Do you need a crack filled? Or do you need the windshield completely replaced?

There are plenty of mobile windshield repair services available. You should ask your insurance provider, they may cover it gratis.

I had a small crack like star. Fixed by a mobile auto glass service. I can still see the crack but its a lot smaller than before.

That's not uncommon. The resin will fill the void but you will generally still be able to see the veins of the crack.

I had a crack on my prior car repaired and 2 years later during a rain->freezing rain -> snow trip water apparently made it into the remnents of the crack and caused it to open up across the windshield.
