Dim Sum is great! I think of it as the steamed Chinese version of sushi. Shu Mai and Hagaw (sp?) I would recommend! I like to dip them in soy sauce with hot chili oil and vinegar for appetizers or you can eat them with some steamed rice to make yourself a meal.

Ohh I forgot the steamed bbq pork buns are also a must!
