Can anyone recommend a dealer to go to in So Cal to get TSB work done? I know some are better than others. Any ones you have had good experiences with the service department would be great, thanks.

 

I keep hearing Riverside Infiniti is a good dealership. I only have 1,100 miles on my car so I don't know from first-hand experience.

 

Miller Infiniti on van nuys blvd. in san fernando vallley.. no hassle no bs

 

South Bay Infiniti are pretty good. They got most of my TSB, so they know most of G37 problems.

i took my 37 for first maintenance and from a hissing noise coming from my front axel.
I'm sure they were busy since it being monday but wow...
The only person who had a sense of "customer service" was the mechanic.
Having been going thru service departments for Audi, benz, and bmw, i say infiniti or "glendale infiniti"'s service is way below par.

 

If you want to bring it down to me (Infiniti Escondido) we would be glad to take care of it !! I know that it's kinda far so it's up to you !

 

Hands down Riverside Infiniti.
